Calling out the competition by name with a play on words, the campaign boldly sets up Anaplan as the better solution for financial planning over Oracle's outdated, legacy product: "You don't need an oracle to see the future. You need Anaplan." Because depending on a rigid legacy system (Oracle) is about as reliable as seeking insights from a fortune teller.
The campaign uses humor to poke fun at the competition and to tell the story of Anaplan's modern and agile platform—giving them connected planning, scenario modeling, and predictive forecasting. No crystal ball required.
